Yalla vs Bitrix24, in short
Bitrix24 is one of the best-value business suites on the market: $49/mo for 5 users, $99/mo for 50, $199/mo for 100, with CRM, tasks, projects, telephony, HR, e-signature and a website builder included. If seat count is your binding constraint, buy Bitrix24 — Yalla cannot match that maths and will not try. Yalla is the better buy if your sales happen in chat: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok DMs in one inbox, autonomous AI agents that qualify and book, and AI that writes your captions and generates your images and video. Bitrix24 has WhatsApp marketing from the Standard plan, but it is a feature inside a suite rather than the centre of the product.
Pick the one that matches how you actually sell.
Choose Bitrix24 if…
- You have a lot of people to license — 50 users for $99/mo is unbeatable value.
- You want one system for CRM, projects, tasks, HR, documents and telephony.
- You need a free tier to start on, or on-premise hosting later.
- You have someone who will own configuration — it rewards setup effort.
- You want a website builder, online store and e-signature in the same subscription.
Choose Yalla if…
- Your leads arrive as DMs, and you want them in a pipeline without configuring anything.
- You want AI agents answering and booking around the clock, not a CRM with an AI panel.
- You want to be live this week rather than after an implementation project.
- You want AI content generation — captions, images, video, social scheduling — in the same tool.
- Your team has abandoned a heavy CRM before because nobody kept it updated.

35 rows across 5 categories — and 13 of them Bitrix24 wins outright. A comparison table where one column is all green is an advert, not a comparison.
What it costs
Bitrix24 wins almost every row here and it is not close. Read this section before the rest — if seat price decides it, you have your answer.
Chat channels
Bitrix24 has an Open Channels feature that connects messengers. The question is how deep it goes as a sales surface rather than a support one.
AI and content
Bitrix24 has AI. It sits on the $199 tier and it is not pointed at making your marketing.
Breadth of the suite
The other half of the honest answer. Bitrix24 does a great many things we have never attempted.
Getting live and staying live
The row that decides it for most small teams, and the one a price list never shows.
The differences that actually change your week.
Bitrix24 is cheaper per seat and it is not close
Fifty users cost $99/mo there and roughly $1,444/mo here. If your problem is licensing a large team, this comparison is over and you should buy Bitrix24. Ours is priced for small teams who need depth on chat, not for headcount.
A suite with WhatsApp versus a WhatsApp platform
Bitrix24 added messaging to a business suite. Yalla was built around the inbox: channel badges on every deal card, templates submitted for Meta approval in-app, AI agents working threads overnight. Both are legitimate designs; they produce very different daily experiences.
Adoption is the hidden cost
The most expensive CRM is the one nobody updates. Bitrix24 does a great deal, which means there is a great deal to configure and to teach. Teams that have already abandoned a heavy CRM once tend to want fewer features and better defaults the second time.
AI arrives at $199 there and $19 here
Bitrix24’s AI-powered sales features sit on the Professional plan. Every paid Yalla plan includes Brain credits — the $19 Content plan generates captions, images and video, and Starter adds autonomous agents. If AI is the reason you are shopping, the entry points are an order of magnitude apart.
When Bitrix24 is genuinely the better call.
You need to license a lot of people
50 users for $99/mo, 100 for $199/mo. There is no configuration of our price list that gets close, and we are not going to invent one. On pure seat economics Bitrix24 is among the best value software of any kind.
You want one system for the whole business
Projects with Gantt charts, HR and absence tracking, telephony, e-signature, a website builder and an online store — all in the same subscription. We do none of that. If consolidating six tools is the goal, they consolidate more than we do.
You want a free tier or self-hosting
Bitrix24 has a genuinely usable free plan and an on-premise edition. We have a 14-day trial and cloud only. For a business that must self-host for regulatory reasons, we are not an option at all.
You have deep automation requirements
Workflow automation, RPA and ad automation on Professional go further than Yalla Flows. If you are modelling complex internal processes rather than sales conversations, they have more machinery.
If that sounds like you, buy Bitrix24. We’d rather you chose right than chose us.
Moving from Bitrix24 to Yalla.
Bitrix24 exports cleanly, and because we are not replacing your projects or HR you may well keep both — plenty of teams run Yalla for chat sales alongside a suite for operations.
- Export contacts, companies and deals from Bitrix24 as CSV.
- Import into Yalla and map your pipeline stages — we will do the mapping with you on a call.
- Connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and point your ad click-to-chat links at the new inbox.
- Rebuild only the automations that actually fire. Most teams migrate a fraction of what they built.
- Decide what stays: many businesses keep Bitrix24 for projects and HR and move only sales conversations to Yalla.
Yalla vs Bitrix24: the questions people actually ask.
Is Bitrix24 cheaper than Yalla?
For anything above a handful of users, yes, and by a wide margin — 50 users for $99/mo against roughly $1,444/mo on Yalla Growth with 45 extra seats. Bitrix24 prices by plan with a large block of users included; we price small teams with seats added individually. If headcount is your constraint, buy Bitrix24.
Then why would anyone choose Yalla?
Because seat price is not the only cost. Yalla is a chat-native sales platform: DMs from five channels in one inbox, autonomous AI agents qualifying and booking around the clock, AI generating your captions, images and video, and a same-day setup. Bitrix24 is a broad business suite where WhatsApp is one feature among hundreds. Different tools for different problems.
Does Bitrix24 do WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp marketing is listed from the Standard plan at $99/mo, and messengers connect through Open Channels. It is capable. What it is not is WhatsApp-first: template approval, broadcast campaigns and AI agents built around the WhatsApp Business API are the centre of our product and a feature of theirs.
Does Bitrix24 have a free plan?
It does, with basic CRM, tasks, chat and calendars on 5 GB of storage. Yalla has no free tier — we offer 14 days free on any plan with no card instead.
Which is easier to get running?
Yalla, by a distance. Connect a channel and you are replying the same day, with opinionated defaults rather than a configuration project. Bitrix24’s breadth is its strength and its cost — it rewards someone owning the setup, and many teams buy partner implementation to do it.
Can I run both?
Plenty of businesses do, and we will happily tell you to. Keep Bitrix24 for projects, HR and documents; run Yalla for chat-based sales. Our API and webhooks on the Growth plan let you push closed deals into whatever system of record you keep.
What about AI?
Bitrix24’s AI-powered sales features begin on the Professional plan at $199/mo. Every paid Yalla plan includes Brain credits — from $19/mo for content generation, and from $69/mo for autonomous sales agents that work the inbox in 90+ languages.
