How is Yalla priced?+
Flat plans, not per-seat. Each plan includes a set number of users and a monthly allowance of Brain AI credits. Starter includes 3 users, Growth includes 5. Need more people? Add extra seats at a fixed per-seat rate. Need more AI? Top up credits any time.
Is Yalla Brain AI included?+
Yes. Brain is built into every paid plan — there’s no add-on to buy. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance (100 / 500 / 1,200), and all your AI draws from one shared wallet. If you run out, you can top up at any time.
Do you have AI agents?+
Yes — Yalla Agents are autonomous sales & booking agents that work your inbox around the clock: qualifying leads, answering questions and booking appointments on their own. They’re included from Starter up and draw on your plan’s Brain credits.
What are Brain credits and what happens if I run out?+
Your plan includes a monthly pool of Brain credits that powers every AI action — drafting captions, suggesting replies, generating images, and your autonomous agents. Most everyday actions cost about one credit; heavier jobs like video generation use more. Used your allowance for the month? Top up any time at roughly $0.10 per credit — you only pay for the extra. Do I pay more as my contact list grows?+
No. Every Yalla plan includes unlimited contacts. There are no contact tiers, no monthly-active-contact bands and no per-message markup from us — so your bill doesn’t move just because your list did. You pay for seats and AI credits, nothing else.
Are WhatsApp message fees included in my plan?+
No — those are billed by Meta, not by us. Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per message, priced by template category and the recipient’s country. Yalla adds no markup on top of Meta’s rates. Estimate your WhatsApp costs →
How does annual billing work?+
Pay yearly and save around 22% versus monthly on Starter and Growth. The price shown on the yearly toggle is the discounted monthly-equivalent, billed once annually.
Can I add or remove users?+
Yes. Your plan includes its bundled seats, and you can add extra seats any time at the per-seat rate shown on each plan (+$19 on Starter, +$29 on Growth). Remove a seat and the charge stops.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?+
Yes. You can change plan or cancel whenever you like from your billing settings — there’s no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. See our refund policy for the full detail.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days free on any plan, no credit card needed to start. Cancel before day 14 if it’s not working out.
Do you support businesses outside Malaysia?+
Yes — customers in the UK, Dubai and the USA. Prices auto-switch to your local currency (USD, GBP, AED or MYR) based on where you visit from.
What kind of support do I get?+
Every plan includes dedicated support: 24/7 in-app chatbot trained on the entire Yalla product, email support with a real human, and for anything bigger we jump on a call. Growth and Enterprise get priority placement.
How is my data handled?+
