Questions
How much do I earn?
30% of what each client you refer pays Yalla, every month, for as long as they stay a paying customer, under the partner terms we send you when you are approved. It is recurring commission, not a one-off fee.
When do I get paid?
Paid monthly.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your partner link (yallacrm.ai/p/your-name). When someone clicks it and accepts cookies, we remember your code for 90 days, and if they sign up or book a demo within that time they are credited to you. If they decline cookies, the referral still counts if they sign up or book a demo before they leave or reload the page. If they click more than one partner's link, the most recent one counts.
Do I have to resell Yalla or handle billing?
No. Your clients sign up and pay Yalla directly, and we look after billing and support. You just make the introduction.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The partner program is free to join.
Where are the full terms?
We send you the partner terms with your partner link when your application is approved.
